President and Founder
Paul Swibinski is one of New Jersey’s most respected political and public relations strategists. He has over thirty years of experience representing clients ranging from elected officials to political campaigns to some of the state’s largest corporations in healthcare, telecommunications, utilities and more.
Chief Operating Officer
Philip Swibinski is a partner at Vision Media who manages the firm’s day-to-day operations. His work has been cited regularly by New Jersey publications, including twice being named as a “Political Consultant of the Year” by the New Jersey Globe and being listed as one of the state’s Top 10 most politically powerful millennials by InsiderNJ.
Chief Financial Officer
Jean Swibinski manages the firm’s finances, accounts payable and receivable, media buying and human resources. Jean has been with the firm for over twenty years and has been an instrumental part of its growth and success.
Claire Swibinski directs the firm’s creative output across print, digital and other disciplines. She previously worked at nationally recognized media consulting firms BerlinRosen and The Parkside Group handling direct mail for clients ranging from local elections in major cities to statewide campaigns. A graduate of the School of Visual Arts, Claire’s work has been recognized with three Stanley F. Reed Award finalist submissions for direct mail.
Juan P. “JP” Escobar
A former member of the Army Reserve, Juan P. Escobar has handled media relations for multiple elected officials, municipalities and other VMMI clients. He is well-versed in media production with a strong understanding of the growing Spanish language media market in New Jersey.
Digital Art Director
Julia Clay directs the firm’s web design and digital media practice, collaborating with the rest of the team to produce effective media for a wide range of clients. Also an accomplished print designer, she handles many of the firm’s branding, newsletter and calendar projects.
A Hudson County native, Caitlin Mota brings a strong level of understanding about local politics, government and media to the firm that has been useful in many assignments for some of VMMI’s most high profile clients. She previously worked as a staff writer at the Jersey Journal, where she covered local government, crime and several other beats.
Grant Ludmer has worked on numerous Democratic campaigns as a field organizer in Passaic, Hudson and Bergen counties. Prior to joining the firm he served as a Public Relations specialist for the County of Passaic.
Chris Marx is a Bergen County native who has worked on numerous federal, state and local campaigns in New Jersey, New York and Illinois. He brings a strong background in field organizing, data management, strategy and communications to the firm.
